• In-house design and engineering with on-going back up and support for marketing, permitting and installation.

• Protected territory of 1 Million Population Area (approx); appoint sub-distributors to sell in your territory.

Capital Requirements:

• $50,000 Deposited into Escrow to be applied towards purchase of columns, fittings, and fabric membranes.
• To maintain exclusivity Distributors must purchase minimum $50,000 in materials every six months in year one and every quarter thereafter.
• Use Escrow Deposit to purchase tabletop models, display model, an umbrella and a shade structure for home or donation to local charity.
• Money fully refundable less out of pocket expenses of approx $5000 (training, airfare, accommodation).
