Our Success
We are growing rapidly over 110 franchises added in the past three years. Our experience, fast growth and flexible system of operating enable us to have a modern, proven system in place that enhances and strengthens the performance of our stores. This includes:

Design & Construction: Rapid store build out is our objective. Working with a nationally recognized store-builder, we use our proprietary Instant Postal Center™ system to minimize “burn through” of resources while waiting to open.

Financing: We have a selection of financial institutions for SBA funding, including Wells Fargo, to provide a speedy application process or we welcome your own financing method.

Site Selection: Postal Connections provides professional site selection services and lease negotiation, at no cost to you, to help find the best possible location.

Technology: New stores open with state-of-the art copiers/printers from a leading national manufacturer at very low monthly lease cost. The technology comes with marketing assistance and local area networking for copying, creating materials, scanning and digital storage.

Network: Much of our assistance to you will be delivered on a private intranet site, PCAnet™, which streamlines communications, delivers valuable business information and techniques, marketing materials, vendor lists, industry issues, a franchisee bulletin board and more.

Software: Our start up includes widely used point-of-sale software to operate the shipping business and manage the pricing and record keeping. We also include a Quick Books based proprietary software package to assist you with accounting, financial planning and taxes records.

Training: The opening process includes a nine-day training program. New franchisees spend five days in one of two training stores with a top performing franchisee giving you “firing line” experience while learning the business. Additionally, each new owner receives four days of in-store training with our trainer as your new store opens.

Marketing: Throughout the year, we provide free (currently no national ad fund) six multiple-week advertising campaigns. These campaigns assist our stores with flexible and efficient marketing strategies for aggressive local marketing. And each store opens with a fully detailed eight-week Grand Opening Marketing Campaign.

Outside Support: Postal Connections opens each new franchisee with an annual membership in the industry’s largest trade association and has arranged for the best wholesale shipping rates from the top carriers—UPS, FedEx and DHL. Also, we have preferred vendors in place to equip and supply your store.

Cyber Centers: Postal Connections stores include public access PCs networked to their printer/copiers for duplication, scanning, file transfer, storage and to serve the public’s growing need for online auction support, such as eBay.

Protected Territory: Each Postal Connections store has a protected territory that ensures no other Postal Connections store will be placed inside that territory.
