Training & Support

If you're interested in opening your own Honest-1 Auto Care, it's important that you know that our training and support is second to none. In a special tailored program, in association with R.L. O'Conner & Associates, the world's foremost automotive management training firm, we have developed a unique approach to franchisee training. In addition to your initial 10 days of automotive training, you will have access to the industry's most cutting edge training technology.

We boast of having the most thorough library of operational materials in the industry. Our training also includes our interactive web site, videos, cd-roms, manuals, online consulting and regional oversight. With our tremendous training and support plan, there should never be a reason for you to lack the skills you need to succeed.

As an Area Representative for Honest-1 Auto Care you will receive 50% of all franchise fees and 50% of all royalties. Royalties paid to you are 3% of the gross sales collected each week from every unit in your territory. Our shops are high grossing and depending on the number of shops in your territory (usually between 10-100) this can equate to a very substantial monthly income stream for you.
