The success of our System is based on selling original equipment quality, Mighty branded replacement parts (brakes, filters, belts, wipers, and chemicals) at competitive prices and backed by superior personal service Mighty is different from other aftermarket suppliers because of our focus on inventory management.
As wholesale suppliers, Mighty franchisees operate from warehouse/office environments rather than retail storefronts. Their transactions are “business-to-business”, not business-to-consumer. Mighty franchisees establish consultative partnerships with their customers and build the trust necessary to manage shop level parts inventories for the professional.

Our Support & Training
The Home Office team supports over 125 franchisees & company operations.
Mighty is committed to the continuous training of all franchise owners and their employees. All new franchisees participate in a three-phase initial Training Session and they, as well as their sales employees, attend a New Sales Training School. Mighty also stages intermediate training sessions to focus on product and/or customer specialization. Customized training is provided through franchise site visits by selected corporate personnel and through seminars, in conjunction with annual national or regional meetings.
