Provide a Free NSF Check Recovery Service to Businesses anywhere in America
Think about it. How many business do you know of that don't accept checks? And when those checks bounce, somebody has to collect them.
What you need to get started
This can be a part time or full time opportunity that can be run from within your home or from your office. You will need a computer and basic computer skills. You will also need a printer, fax machine, Internet access and the normal office supplies. How is it done? What used to be a begrudging job has been replaced with Check Assist's 'state of the art' software and the help of the ACH. (Automated Clearing House) There is no contact with the checkwriter and no collection calls to make. Simply enter the NSF checks into the software and transmit them to the processing center.
The Procedure
Your clients will fill out a bank release form directing the bank to forward any returned checks to your P.O. Box. When the checks arrive, you enter them into your software. The check information is then transmitted through the Internet to our processing center where the checks are converted into electronic checks and forwarded to the ACH. The face amount of the check and a State authorized collection fee is then electronically debited from the checkwriters account. Typically, 50% of the checks will clear the first time they are sent. The ones that fail are then sent back a 2nd time, where you should see another 50% recovery. The face value of the collected checks is then reimbursed back to the merchant and the collection fee is yours to keep.
Now let’s do some math: How much money can you make at this? Well, consider that the average State Authorized collection fee is $25.00 - $30.00. Collect 10 checks and you will make $250.00, collect 100 checks, and make $2,500.00. The average convenience store gets between 6-12 returned checks each month. If you sign up 10 stores that are getting 9 NSF items each month, and you collect 75% of the checks, you will make $20,250.00 per year. Now consider that our average user has hundreds of clients and you can see the potential.
Will merchants sign up with me? You bet they will. Remember, this is a Free service that you are offering and they'll love it. Need proof? Take the rest of the afternoon and do a survey. Talk to a few pizza restaurants, convenience stores or nail salons, and see if they would be interested in your service.
How is Check Assist’s opportunity different then the other?
With Check Assist, you will be building your own business, not somebody else's. The other companies' offer you commissions, we offer you ownership. With the other companies you earn $8.00 - $10.00 per collected check, with Check Assist you earn $25.00 - $30.00 per collected check. You pay a .30 transaction fee on each item that you process through the ACH and the rest of the money is yours to keep.
